Customer List (CRM)
When a lead or customer gets in touch, their contact details and conversations stay with their name — so months later, you can see what happened without digging through old messages or trying to remember.
Months Later
Jamie reached out in March and didn't move forward. When they call again in October, the old conversation is still attached to the same customer. No scrolling through six months of texts while they're on the line.

What Needs Attention
New leads can be added to your pipeline automatically. Customer history shows you what already happened; the pipeline shows you what still needs attention — who needs a quote, who needs a follow-up call, and who is ready to book.
Past customers and old leads stay in the same customer list instead of fading into old contacts. That same list can later be used for review requests, referral asks, and campaigns when the timing makes sense.
If someone else starts helping with calls or messages, they can look up the same customer and see the same history. You don't have to be the only person who remembers what happened.
